VALPOLICELLA SUPERIORE RIPASSO

It is produced from the valpolicella of vineyards of Monte Paradiso with a touch without fermentation on the skins of amarone.
With less alcoholic level than a normal ripasso but more elegant and refined it represents the new generation of ripasso.
