DENOCCIOLATO MONTE GUALA

The grignano Mount Guala presents a crystal clear yellow robe. The nose immediately perceived the typical citrus. Pasta, medium plant, is elegant and unusual flavors emerge floral veins of dried fruit. A lively spicy but well integrated and provides further impetus freshness.

BIOLOGICO DENOCCIOLATO

Yellow crayon, presents the classic nose of citrus sensations. The run is set to a marked bitter vein, supported by typical hints of lemon peel with the addition of vivid memories of thistle and artichoke. The paste is medium density, sharpness calibrated. The finish, subtly astringent, highlights the pistachio, hazelnut just picked the walnut. Long in the evolution and persistence.
